It was very peaceful and relaxing. One recommendation, definitely need a scooter to get around the island. We had an awesome time and would come back again.

At the hostel, all rooms have a terrace. All guest rooms will provide guests with a microwave. The room was very comfortable and clean. It had all you need for comfortable stay. It was also cleaned by request during our long stay. Common kitchen well equipped, had mixer, microwave, toaster, rice cooker and gas stove with all utilities. I cooked breakfasts and sometimes even dinners there. Plenty areas where you can chill in common area. Good WiFi. Location is quiet and a bit distant from supermarkets, atm and exchange. But stuff was very accommodating and helped us with the ride for very friendly price. Also you can rent a scooter and it will be very convenient. There are few nice restaurants in a walking distance, beach is 400 meters from the place. It’s ok to swim in the evening, but in the morning time ebb tide is strong and you will need swimming shoes to go through line of stones to reach water. Overall we had great stay there.

Located in Bangrak, Samui Backpacker Hotel is a 1-minute walk from a pier that can take guests to Ko Phangan and the famous full moon parties. It offers dormitory-style and private rooms with free WiFi. I liked everything here! Especially the staff they are very friendly and helpful. I stayed here for over 2 weeks, and then came back for one more week. I had such a nice time hanging out by the pool, I plan to come back next time I visit Koh Samui.
