While the homestay is not close to the historical park, there are quick and affordable ways to get there. The place itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I agree with other reviews that the bed is a bit firm, but overall, I highly recommend this homestay!

There is drinking water in the room, TV, hot water and a fridge. The is a coffee and snacks in the morning. The location is close to the Historical park, just 5 mins walk. It is near the local market. Highly recommended.
