Hostel Tomato 番茄溫泉青旅 ligger i Jiaoxi, 2 minutters gang fra Jiaoxi Station, og har værelser med aircondition. Her er et fælles køkken og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis wi-fi overalt. The hostel's location is right on the train station, literally less 1 minute walk. Everything the town has to offer is not more than 10 minutes by foot. The hostel itself is beautifully designed, from the shared space, to the kitchen and the room. The double room on the 1st floor has a giant window that lights the room in the morning. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and i had a CRAZY good sleep there. There is a hot spring on the top floor that I didn't really use but still a nice addition.

The hostel is quite clean and near to the bus station. The owner is well fluent in English.The bathrooms were clean. There is also a kitchen available in the dorm. In contrast, I recommend this place for a short stay.

We were biking around Taiwan and were actually considering to stop earlier that day in a different place but thanks to some extra energy we managed to get an extra 20km in and end up here which was the best thing that could have happened. One can clearly tell that a lot of effort, attention to detail and love went into this place. Checkin was as easy as it gets despite us arriving at a time when no-one from the staff was there, because it was a very slow afternoon in the off-season. Easy instructions via the booking app did everything we needed. We could even park our bikes inside in the entrance area of the small attached cafe. Our room was very modern, spotlessly clean and decorated very well. We were actually the only guests that night and despite that the owner offered to cock us anything from the menu or simply have the same as she and a friend of hers had. We chose the latter and had one of the best meals of our entire stay. In the morning the breakfast was also incredibly tasty and prepared us very well for a last and extremely rainy ride to Taipeh.

On the outskirts of the town, right in front of a lovely park, and surrounded by rice fields. The afternoon staff were very friendly and helpful. They also rent great bikes for free!

I like their hot water is fast and hair dryer is nice. No keys, only remember the password. I love the living room too, many chairs and sofa to relax. The kitchen also nice but didn’t have time to use it
