The breakfast was lackluster but overall not bad, even had an early breakfast one of the days which was nice. The hostel is absolutely wonderful aesthetically and the hot tub was a really nice touch! The beer was good and atmosphere was very welcoming.

So funky and laid back and chill with a very comfortable and welcoming vibe. It was so fun to hang with everyone and we even met some college students while we were there looking at WCU! So helpful and fun to meet them and get the inside skinny. We had a blast!

If I will have another chance to visit Denver, I would definitely stay in this hotel again. All the staff from the reception, the cafe, and the pizza restaurant next door are all super nice. I have never been to a hotel in the US where the people are so nice as 11th Avenue Hostel. I stayed in a private room with own bathroom and for the price it’s surely the best you can find in Denver. The location is also great, walking distance to the state capitol, History Colorado museum (must visit), and to the business district where there’s lots of shopping options, lots of good restaurants too. I was lucky I stayed during the 9News Parade of Lights! I love Denver and 11th Avenue Hostel made the experience so special. By the way if you like Indian food, there’s a super nice Nepali-Indian food just across the street with reasonable prices.

Excellent value for money , with a bus at the door that goes downtown, or a short drive if you have a car. Place was spotless.

I have stayed at almost every hostel in the area, and Ember is lovely and quaint and the best hands-down, as well as the friendliest and with the most amenities. (The decor is also very vintage and cute; the ambiance is unparalleled.) Highly recommended.
