Property information

This 121 sqm apartment is simply charming and naturally well-lit thanks to its large floor to ceiling windows. It has two bedrooms and an additional service room with a single bed, accommodating a total of 5 people. The living room is furnished and decorated in soothing light tones. It features beige and light pink sofas, as well as a coffee table and a tv unit with a 55’’ smart TV. From within the living area you can access a balcony offering beautiful views on the parks in the neighborhood. It includes two chairs and a table, for you to enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful scenery. Next to the living area is a round dining table along with four white chairs, nested next the open kitchen. The kitchen is U-shaped and has wide cabinets painted in white and a large black countertop. The kitchen includes all equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, oven, gas stove and more. Inside you will find two master bedrooms. The first one being dressed in pastel colors, includes a comfy king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, a small seating area, a chest of drawers with a mirror on top, as well as nightstands with lamps, and adorned with beautiful wall décor. It has a private bathroom attached to it with a bathtub, a shower cabin, a toilet and a washbasin topped with a large mirror. A balcony can be accessed from this room. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, large built-in wardrobes, a large mirror at the entrance of the room, a TV, nightstands, and beautiful wall décor. The connected bathroom also includes a bathtub and a shower cabin, along with two washbasins with a large mirror and a toilet. Both bedrooms offer amazing floor-to-ceiling views. The apartment also includes a service room, which includes a single bed. A third bathroom for guests is also available, including a toilet and a washbasin.
