Welcome to this fully-equipped 5-bedrooms villas in the beautiful city of Ras-al-Khaimah, less than 2-hours away from the capital of the United Arab Emirates. These modern townhouses are the perfect getaway for families and friends who are looking for all the comforts inside the same space. With shared facilities as well as private features, this villa is the ideal place to enjoy your holiday staycation. Accommodating up to 13 people, the townhouses are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances: a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric kettle and the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. There are kitchen utensils, dishes and tableware available for guests. Free toiletries and hair dryers are available in all bathrooms for the commodity of our guests. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. You’ll also find fast, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in this villa as well as a flat-screen TV with streaming services to enjoy nights-in. For your convenience, this villa also comes with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. This villa has the luxury of a private swimming pool for your own enjoyment, available at all times with the maximum depth of 1,50m. *Please kindly note: - There is a tourism fee of 15 AED/night, and a destination fee of 7% of the total price, both to be paid upon check-in. - The government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID (ID/Residence card/Passport), for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. - Our staff takes care of the maintenance and cleaning of the pool area each Monday and Thursday from 7:00am to 8:00am.
