Renovated completely in 2024 this apartment offers a functional space and is thoughtfully designed to give you a sense of tranquility and sophistication. Unlike larger accommodations, here guests can experience a cozy retreat that feels like a home away from home. Location plays an amazing role in the appeal of this apartment. Situated in the heart of the Summer village of Golem, guests are just steps away from vibrant cafes, luxury resorts, local boutiques, and cultural landmarks. Distance from the beach is only 5 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. Public Parking is accessible very easily. Discover a new standard of comfort and feel free to book your stay today.
Neighborhood is very quiet during the day and night and it has plenty of roads connecting it making the access to the beach highly comfortable without having to move by car. Only two minutes away from the Apartment you will find everything you need such as restaurants, bars, swimming pool's , quiet areas etc. Police Station is 200 meters away making the neighborhood safe and secure.
