We are the Rroji family, proud descendants of one of Shkodër’s most authentic and respected families. Our grandfather built this residence in 1939, and after decades of silence, we have lovingly restored it to share its story and beauty with travelers from around the world. Our goal is to offer not just accommodation, but a meaningful experience — where guests can feel the spirit of Shkodër, its history, and its warm hospitality. Welcome to Rroji Urban Heritage! We are delighted to host you in our boutique historic building, located in the heart of Shkodër. Enjoy a stay filled with comfort, charm, and local history. Built for the Rroji family, this Italian-style building was approved by architect Ferdinando Poggi in 1939. Seized during the communist regime, it was used as a courthouse. Ironically, both grandparents of the current owners were judged here. Today, the building has been fully restored in boutique style. The property is secure, camera-monitored, with direct access from the main street. All six accommodation units, two apartments, one studio, and three rooms are located on the second floor, accessed via a separate entrance from the ground floor.

Located in the heart of Shkodër, the residence offers unmatched convenience:  Just 80 meters from the intercity van and bus station—ideal for easy regional travel.  The pharmacy is just across the street.  The polyclinic is directly behind the building.  Within 200–300 meters, you’ll find Bashkia Shkodër (City Hall), University Luigj Gurakuqi, Radio Shkodra, Ebu Bekër Mosque, Parruce Mosque, Orthodox Church, Franciscan Church, the Pedonale (main walking street), and Kafja e Madhe — the city’s historic café.  Many restaurants, cafés, and bars are within easy walking distance, offering the best of Shkodër’s local culture and cuisine.
