From the windows of your home, you'll be greeted by breathtaking sea views and the invigorating scent of the sea, while the beautiful sunsets paint the sky with vibrant hues. The beach is just a stone's throw away, less than a minute's walk from the house, as it's located at the first row, ensuring easy access to the crystal-clear waters and sandy shores.
Step onto the spacious balcony shaded by pine trees, where you can enjoy meals while taking in the tranquil ambiance. Additionally, our beach house boasts a large yard, perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation under the Mediterranean sun.
Inside, you'll find a cozy living room equipped with a home cinema (stereo and blue ray system) for your entertainment. The lovely kitchen features all the facilities to cook a nice meal, including an oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, and Lavazza espresso machine for your enjoyment. Retreat to one of the two bedrooms, where a comfortable bed awaits. The matrimonial room has a queen-size bed where you can enjoy the sea at your own comfort, while the other bedroom offers two separate beds with a view of the pine trees.
The bathroom offers all the necessary facilities, including a washing machine.
