Beautiful apartment, on the ground floor and first floor with a terrace, located two blocks from the Waterfront Promenade and a few meters from Duran Stream Park. High-quality construction. The bedrooms are located on the first floor with a full bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet, kitchen, and laundry area. The garage can accommodate one car, up to an SUV size, but not a larger vehicle like a pickup truck. Ample parking space is available outside. The terrace features a barbecue grill.

Jardines del Rey is a secluded residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, with parks and trees surrounding it, close to the waterfront promenade and a few blocks from Avda Olascoaga's entertainment district, filled with food carts and restaurants.
