The apartment is very comfortable and bright. The balcony is spacious, ideal to enjoy it.
The location is privileged. A few meters from the Corrientes Cardiological Institute, the Faculty of Medicine, the Model Clinic and the Blood Bank.
On the same sidewalk there is the supermarket and the pharmacy 120m away.
