The high plateau Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, hidden in the mountain world of Tyrol, is the first place to go for families, active vacationers and connoisseurs. (1400 meters altitude-annually 2000+ hours of sunshine) The accommodation has 3 cozy apartments to meet the needs of families, groups and couples. Each of the apartments is equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV and a private bathroom. Aventurin is centrally located in the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. You can enjoy nature to the fullest while walking on the trails or roaming through the forest. For relaxation, cool off in the Wolfsee lake. The Schönjochbahn (cableway) is a 10-minute walk away. There are 3 free outdoor car parking spaces at the accommodation. Thanks to the subway in Serfaus, the multiple gondolas and the hiking bus, the car is hardly needed in the 3 villages. In Summer, numerous hiking tours with playful entertainment, the Bike-Eldorado S-F-L, via ferratas or the summer fun park Fiss (family hiking trail for strollers, summer sleigh run, petting zoo, etc.) attract. In winter, snow-covered slopes, magnificent ski runs and a romantically glittering winter landscape await. Fun in the white is guaranteed on 214 kilometers of slopes. (snow guaranteed until spring) Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is definitely one of the top family ski resorts in Europe. (Child care and children's ski courses) For freeriders there are 12 backcountry routes.
