Sunburned old wood, as it has been found for centuries in the alpine pastures and haystacks around Sölden, paired with modern box spring beds and a modern kitchen and a bathroom with rain shower, old wood and a stone facade from the area around the Ötztal all characterize our house. Our wellness area features a heated outdoor pool, a whirlpool, a sauna, a steam bath and a relaxation area. There is a separate, locked cellar for bicycles with workbench and loading places for e-bikes as well as a washing place for the bicycles in front of the house. The direct access to the Gahen Line, the connection to 3 further mountain bike trails as well as to the ski slope, which also runs directly along the house, is unique in Sölden.

The mountaineering village in Vent, not far from Sölden, is suitable for all mountaineers through its high mountains and glaciers for all mountain enthusiasts. Since April 2016, Obergurgl has been home to the highest motorcycle museum in Europe with around 200 motorcycles from America, Europe, Asia, etc. In Längenfeld there are 2 great via ferrata with difficulties up to "D", a suspension bridge for pedestrians with which you can see over the whole valley floor of Längenfeld and 4 climbing gardens. The Therme is ideal for everyone to relax after a sporting day and to rest. This place is also great for all runners because of its network of flat running paths as well as for mountain runners. The Stuibenfall in Umhausen, the Ötzidorf and the Greifvogelpark are located in the municipality of Umhausen, which is about 20 minutes by car from Sölden.
