This high-quality and extremely modern 2-room feel-good apartment, equipped with a separate entrance and an outdoor parking space for your car, is located in Elsbethen, just a few meters outside the city limits of Salzburg. Situated extremely conveniently with a bus stop and the Salzburg-Süd train station only a 2-minute walk away, it offers excellent access to transportation. The apartment is well-equipped and boasts a modern design with harmonious colors, stylish furniture, and numerous amenities. The living area, with cozy sloping ceilings, features an open kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is of high quality, including a large fridge/freezer and a Bora ceramic cooktop. A pull-out couch with a mattress provides additional sleeping space for two people. From the living area, you access the southeast-facing terrace, perfect for relaxation and leisure. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, a window, and a washer-dryer. The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a television. This apartment combines modern comfort with an excellent location for exploring Salzburg and its surroundings.
