Your hosts, Marcus, Carley and Jasper the dog live in the main house upstairs. Altura is the downstairs apartment. It is fully self-contained with a private entrance door. You will have exclusive use of the apartment, the adjoining courtyard and the undercover parking area. If we are home when guests arrive, we like to welcome our guests in person. We then allow our guests to enjoy the rest of their stay in privacy, unless they choose to contact us with a query. MAIN BEDROOM: Comfortable queen sized bed with mountain views. BATHROOM: The large modern bathroom has a spacious shower and all bathroom essentials provided. KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities should you wish to eat in and a dinning table. SOFA BED: A comfortable queen sized sofa bed which can sleep an additional person in the main living space. OUTDOOR AREA: A private courtyard with a BBQ, outdoor dinning table and fire pit.
