Annie's Apartment has undergone a complete reno , don't be tricked by the outside pics. Opened mid March 2019. We hope to provide you with a clean , comfortable , relaxing space , so you can enjoy your time in Mt Gambier . The unit is at the back of the block , with parking at the side. We have leather lounges and flat screen tv in the lounge with ceiling fan and reverse cycle A/C . Underfloor heating in the laundry , toilet and bathroom. The small backyard area has a clothes line installed and trees. A new English double oven and ceramic hotplates compliment the new kitchen . A good assortment of kitchen appliances and utensils completes the kitchen. The bedroom has new allergy friendly carpet , TV , chest of drawers , wardrobe and ceiling fan . The Bathroom is divine - with large vanity top and mirror to help with that all important preparation, a large window with lots of natural light and heated towel rail. Laundry equiped with washing machine and clothes airer. The outside car parking area has security camera's. The Unit is in a no through road, not far from the main road to Adelaide We have had many compliments about our sister property and know you will be very happy in our newest addition

Hi my name is Marg and I love to travel and stay in a home away from home . I love to experience how the locals live . I like my privacy , but I also like to know I can contact the owner if I have any issues . So I treat my guests the same. I am available most times at reasonable hours by phone ( I do like to sleep at night ) . I have tried to make Annie's a comfortable , private place for you to relax while you are in Mt Gambier and the limestone coast . Happy to give recommendations but not pushy with info .

Annie's is located in a no through road, just off the main road to and from Adelaide ( Penola RD ) , we are about 1.5 km from the Main Hwy to Melbourne and a little bit further from the main Shopping Street - with lots of lovely coffee shops and cafes , great gift shops , our beautiful TownHall and many other Heritage buildings are in this precinct as well as our lovely Cave Gardens - a Cave in the middle of the city just behind the Town Hall. A car ride away is the beautiful Crater Lakes area . Look out for the tower on the top of Mt Gambier - if the flag is out the tower is open - a great view from the top. Lots to see and do in Mt Gambier - get out there and enjoy
