Inside, the large open plan kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing and admiring the view from inside. Sleeping 9 people across 4 rooms, it is perfect for a family or group of friends getaway. Strictly no parties at this property - please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Balangara is a 7 minute drive from Exeter. Bundanoon and other Southern Highlands villages are also within short driving distances. Why choose Balangara? Quality is evident everywhere at Balangara. How is the property laid out? Balangara is a home with two 'wings'. In one wing you have the open plan kitchen, living and dining area, the media room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the same wing is a bedroom and mezzanine style study. In the other wing are 3 bedrooms, including the master with its impressive ensuite, the main bathroom and laundry. There is a large games room in the shed near the pickleball court. WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it? Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work.

The Southern Highlands is a beautiful rural area, located only 2 hours from Sydney. It has pretty countryside, beautiful homes, working dairy farms, vineyards, great golf courses and spectacular national parks. The area caters for all interests as you can explore cafes, restaurants, historical pubs and numerous towns and villages. Or if you are more adventurous, take a beautiful country drive through the rolling hills of the area, explore a waterfall, or do a bushwalk in one of the nearby national parks!
