Each apartment features a private balcony, many with tranquil water or garden views, fully equipped kitchens, and laundry facilities, making it perfect for families, couples, or business travelers. Guests love our peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, while still being close to popular attractions like Harbour Town Premium Outlets, Gold Coast beaches, and theme parks. Relax by our outdoor swimming pool, enjoy a barbecue in our shaded picnic area, or take a morning stroll along the Broadwater foreshore just steps from your door. Our friendly on-site management team is always available to assist with local tips, tour bookings, and anything you might need to make your stay more comfortable and memorable. Please note: Our secure on-site carpark has a maximum height clearance of 2 metres.

The beautiful Broadwater is right across the road, and only a few minutes’ stroll to the famous Charis Seafood, where you can watch the pelicans come in for their daily feed at 1:30pm — a must-see for visitors of all ages! Families will love the great swimming spots, children’s playground, and large waterfront park with free BBQ facilities and hot water for picnics by the water. At Bayview Beach, we like to make your stay easy and fun — our office has buckets, spades, fishing rods, and beach towels available for guests to use, free of charge! We’re just a 4-minute drive to Runaway Bay Sports Centre and Runaway Bay Shopping Village, with a bus stop conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from our front door. Don’t miss the Gold Coast Marathon in July — units fill fast, so be sure to book early. And keep an eye out for our fantastic Winter Specials!
