The property is located in the residential suburb of Buddina and is located right across the road from Buddina Beach. It is only a short walk to Point Cartwright, it's painted water tower, the Lighthouse and lookout, or alternatively down to Mooloolah River. There are many parks along Mooloolah River and within the "La Balsa Park" stretch, inclusive of fenced and unfenced children's playgrounds. This is also the location of a popular family friendly swimming pocket and ideal if Buddina beach is windy. Buddina itself along with its beaches also has many cafes and restaurants, walking/bike trails, parks and accessible public transport all right on your doorstep.
