Low cars may have trouble driving up/down the driveway. Please note street parking is available. IMPORTANT - Lower downstairs bedroom and bathroom near the garage is not accessible for guests. If this room/bathroom has been used additional fees will apply. Safety: This is a two storey property with internal stairs with a backyard. Security Camera: There is a security camera on the property facing upwards of the driveway to the road Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
