We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Channel Views has a comfortable living area that includes a spacious kitchen equipped with all the amenities you need to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. The covered balcony has outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing outside while enjoying the view The kitchen at includes modern appliances, a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk & water are provided to get you started. The unit boasts a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, including washing powder.
