Please note that children aged 0-12 can only be accommodated in a private room with its own bathroom. Children ages 12-17 can be accommodated in a private room with shared bathroom or private room with its own bathroom. Guests under the age of 18 and over the age of 35 cannot be accommodated in the mixed dormitory rooms.

Please note that the below surcharges are applicable when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or International Bank cards. Australian Visa Mastercard - 1.65% surcharge. American Express or International cards - 3.5% surcharges. This property can not accommodate large groups bookings. All bookings greater than 6 will need to be approved by management.

Any damages to the property or belongings of the property incurred by guests intentionally or unintentionally, will have to be paid by the guest before leaving. Guest will be asked to leave if the intentional damage of property occurs or if they refuse to abide by Civic Guesthouse rules.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
