The cottage is located within the central heritage area of Orange. It was built circa 1880 and has been lovingly restored with modern conveniences incorporating old world charm.
Michelle and I have carefully restored several heritage buildings over the years and have been proud to hand over to future custodians of our heritage.
The central heritage area of Orange has a range of period architecture, mainly comprising Victorian, Edwadian and Californian bungalow. In addition to these beautiful homes, the streets and parks are lined with large European and English trees which display many vibrant colours in Autumn.
