I am an easygoing Aussie in my middle fifties. Have a beautiful wife with 2 lovely girls and 1 grandson. Love to travel and watch sports especially AFL( Aussie rules)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This is the front half of the main house on property. There is a newly created front garden and nearby are plenty of quality restaurants. This listing has 2 bedrooms and separate bathroom and a kitchenette. Note extra charge for guests greater than 2
Neighbourhood information
It is a quiet neighbourhood with some good nature reserves nearby. There are quality restaurants nearby at Beverly Hills and also Riverwood. Around the corner is a very nice cafe called Naji's and at Narwee within walking distance are some asian grocery stores.
This area is excellently placed to get around Sydney by car with access to M5 nearby and King George Rd to go north or south.
6-8 min walk brings you to Narwee railway station which is on the airport line to city. This line continues onto the city circle line after reaching central station making it very easy to access most parts of CBD.
Up at end of road 600m away is bus stop which can take you to Hurstville or to Bankstown via Roselands shopping centre.
