Verve on Cotton Tree is a modern apartment building located near the beautiful Maroochydore Beach. Verve is located just a short walk away from the ocean and is surrounded by coffee bars, restaurants and a park for families.

Verve is located in Sixth Ave Maroochydore. Easy walking distance to the big Sunshine Plaza, Alexandra Headland, Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba. Pathways follow the beach up and down. Cafe's, restaurants, patrolled beaches, parks and BBQ picnic areas are all within walking distance. If you would like to explore the area more hop in your car and go either way, Verve is located in the middle so north or south offers great areas to visit and explore. Patrolled beaches, bike tracks, Buderim waterfalls, markets, mountain ranges, surf carnivals, fishing charters, surf schools and sky diving are just a small taste of what our beautiful area offers. With outstanding local events happening right through the year it sure does make the area an interesting place to explore an opportunities abundant. We are a very safe community and very family orientated, with community events and facilities that promote families to enjoy all through out the year. Parks, lakes and wildlife are plenty for the children. Australia Zoo and underwater world are both with 10-25mins drive. Tenpin bowling 10 min walk at Ocean St, dinning paradise. Sunshine Plaza is the largest shopping centre on the coast with over 315 shops. The Riverwalk & Promenade is the perfect leisure and entertainment choice on the picturesque natural waterway, Cornmeal Creek. Enjoy a variety of restaurants offering extended trade, a 12 screen Birch Carroll & Coyle Cinema along with paddle boats for the entire family to enjoy.
