With all the comforts of home, including a TV, reverse cycle A/C, and an undercover deck area with an outdoor dining space, you are sure to enjoy your getaway in this cute, modern cottage. This cozy cottage is the perfect springboard to the wonderful cafe and restaurant life along the Paynesville esplanade or take a stroll on the ferry to Raymond Island, enjoy the bird watching along the boardwalks and spot one of the local koalas. Tucked behind the owners’ residence, there is ample parking for a car and trailer, a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, along with an electric hotplate and Gas BBQ in the undercover deck area.
