Eugenie Cottage is one of the earliest houses in Bright, restored in a 1930's era Art Deco theme. We hope you enjoy the style we have created. Situated around the corner from the centre of town...walking distance to everything Bright has to offer.. The rail bike trail passes the door, turn left out the front gate, and cycle all the way down the Ovens Valley passing wineries, orchards and beautiful scenery, or turn right to Wandiligong, with Chinese diggings, apple & nut orchards, Wandi Pub for lunch. Head directly across the road for a short stroll along the creek to the Ovens River for swimming, river water slide, also children's water park and adventure playground, something for everyone! Walking distance to live music on Sunday afternoons at the Bright Brewery, local events and seasonal markets. Just around the corner for interesting shopping, coffee shops and restaurants, and fine dining, all a short walk from Eugenie Cottage..There is no need to drive a car..unless you want to experience the high country? or nearby valleys.
