This property is perfect for a relaxing vacation at one of WA's top 10 beaches, located in Emu Point. With plenty to do in and around Albany, staying at Fisherman's Rest offers a comfortable and well positioned stay. All facilities are available for use, and guests will have the whole premise to themselves. Children and pets welcome and safe within an enclosed backyard. This property has four comfortable bedrooms, all with heating/cooling and television. 3 queen beds, and a bunk room, will service up to 12 people. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a separate toilet to shower, and a bath. Washer and dryer also available. As well as a fully functional kitchen, there is also a large, private outdoor area, equipped with BBQ, protective blinds, wall heater, fan, large outdoor table and comfy couch. It is a convenient extension of the house.
My family and I love this house and hope you do too! The house is big and roomy and has plenty of parking. In Winter it is toasty warm and in Summer it is cool. It is ideally located to explore Emu Point on foot or Albany and surrounds by car.
Emu Point is a renowned holiday destination due to its' beautiful protected beaches which are perfect for swimming, snorkelling, boating, kayaking and paddle boarding. There is a fun, social atmosphere in and around the areas' highlights, such as the local eateries, while the houses maintain a peaceful ambience. The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. The city centre, and Albany's many beautiful sights, are a short drive away, with regular buses also an option, making it easy and convenient to do any shopping. Emu Point features a scenic dual cycle/walking path to neighbouring Middleton Beach, and up to the Anzac Centre. There is also smaller paths through the bush within the suburb, providing an excellent opportunity to see local wildlife and nature. Getting around from Emu Point is easy, due to the central location.

Only the Guests nominated in the booking may stay at the property. Instant eviction without refund will commence in case of a breach.

Cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, emptying fridges, removal of excessive rubbish and pet hair found on carpets or furniture.

Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome at the property. Pets deemed to disturb neighboring properties or dig up the yard are not permitted. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and ensuring they are kept off furniture and carpeted areas. Your Pet must be 'flea free'. Maximum 2 pets, 100AUD per pet. Guests with pets particularly need to clean up after their pet and ensure their pet does not go into the carpeted bedrooms or onto furniture.

Rubbish, if not sorted into the correct bins, may incur a fine from the City of Albany.

Please note that pets, maximum of two are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Additional charges may apply.
