We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

The property also has 2 bathrooms, both are fitted with showers. Bribie Island is a short 25 minute drive from Golden Sands at Beachmere. Redcliffe is 34 km from the holiday home. Beachmere has some wonderful cafes to enjoy a coffee or a meal and is also a prime spot for boating and fishing. Plus there is an off leash dog beach if you are bringing your furry friend with you. Pets of approval – an additional 30 dollars per pet per night does apply
