Our on site lake provides free canoeing for guests. Lake is lovely after good recent rain. Our 6 villas are spaced apart and are located around our private lake. A walk around the lake will take about half an hour and in approx. 1.5 kms. Our resident geese provide entertainment with their antics. Wild ducks also visit the lake. Paddling around the lake in the early morning or evening with the mountains and clouds reflected in the water can be a surreal experience. The quiet surroundings make for a peaceful holiday at anytime of the year.

The Grampians region is great place to come and visit just three hours drive from Melbourne. Hiiking in the Grampians gives visitors some amazing experiences being close to wildlife, wild flowers, amazing scenery and waterfalls. Adventure companies in the area offer rock climbing and abseiling with experienced guides, Grampians Horse Riding have experienced staff and have been offering horse riding in the region for many years. Grampians Helicopters and Quad Bikes offer a bit of a thrill for adventure seekers as well. The Halls Gap Zoo is just across the road and so is the Halls Gap Estate Winery. A few kilometres down the road towards Pomonal you will find Red Rock olive grove. We are 5 minutes drive from Halls Gap township offering cafes, Halls Gap hotel, Kookaburra Bar and café, local supermarket, bakery, chemist, petrol station and souvenir shops. Local artists are scattered though the area and including painters, sculptors and a glass blower. Further out there are a number of wineries with cellars doors to visit and get a taste of what the region has to offer including the Great Western Sepplets winery with underground tours.
