Booking Conditions: By booking with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. All guests are required to complete an Online Check-In (Guest Registration) prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID and a credit card in the guest's name. Completion of this registration is a condition of entry. If you're unable to complete this online, you must complete a paper form at our office during business hours. By proceeding with a booking, you authorise Whale Coast Realty to charge your credit card for damage, breakage, extra cleaning, or rubbish removal if necessary, you will be contacted prior to this occuring. If no credit card is available, a 1,000 cash or bank cheque is required as a security deposit.
