Set behind a private gate and perched high on the hill, the cottage enjoys peaceful treetop views and a quiet, welcoming atmosphere. Thoughtfully updated while retaining its original charm, it provides a relaxed base for families, couples, groups, friends or two families travelling together. The home features four bedrooms, including two queen rooms, a queen loft and a twin room, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. The living and dining areas are warm and inviting, with a wood fire for cosy evenings and reverse‑cycle air conditioning for year‑round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy meals, and a small welcome basket is provided to help you settle in. We take pride in presenting a welcoming home, carefully prepared for each guest’s arrival. Set on a full acre, the property includes an orchard with seasonal fruit, lawns, shady trees and a rose garden, a peaceful outdoor space for children to explore and adults to unwind. You may spot local wildlife, including birds, rabbits, possums, lizards and the occasional Quenda. The home is fully fenced, and pet‑friendly stays are available by request. Parking is available, and Bridgetown’s cafés, bakeries, restaurants and charming local stores are just a short stroll away. Hilltop Cottage sits on an elevated block with stairs leading to the front door. There is also access via the back door and side decking, both undercover, with a gravel path to the driveway. A second shower and toilet are located in the enclosed laundry off the back porch. The loft bedroom is accessed via stairs from the twin room and includes a baby gate at the bottom for added safety.
