Perfectly located holiday unit just a two minute walk to the beach. Silverleaves is Phillip Island’s most family-friendly beach, and its north-facing position means all-day sun. Just a 15-minute walk along the sand brings you to Cowes’ main shopping area. This bright, freshly painted unit is clean and spacious, featuring a comfy sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and electric heating, fans, and blankets for cooler nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, electric cooking, fridge, microwave, ample cookware, and a central dining table. There are two bedrooms and a combined bathroom/laundry with a washing machine, iron, shower, and toilet. Relax on the sunny front deck, and enjoy off-street parking for two cars. Ideal for couples or small families, it’s perfect for holidays, weekend getaways, or as a base during track events.
