Howitt House - super cosy home right in the centre of Metung Village.
One block away from village shops and general store - Bancroft Bay on one side & Lake King on the other.
Two living areas, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, heating/air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area, plus woodfired heater and back outdoor deck for BBQ's and front verandah with water views - perfectly convenient and very comfortable for a short stay in Metung.
Please note, the Master Bedroom is situated at the front of the property. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are semi-detached remaining under the same roof line however accessed from a private open deck.
