If funds are not available for bond authorisation, self-check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided. Please contact the Indulge Apartments during reception hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Weekends 9am to 6.30pm and Public Holidays 9am to 5.30 pm (Closed Christmas Day) (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued. Parking at this Indulge Apartments property is very limited (2 car parks to 4 apartments, they cannot be booked and are first in best parked, however there is an abundance of parking surrounding the property, please adhere to Council parking restrictions), please contact the property to discuss your parking requirements if this is important to you.

The Hotel will charge the guest direct a cleaning fee of $90 per week for the two-bedroom penthouse and a $110 per week for the three-bedroom for any bookings longer than 7 nights, the first clean is included in your booking payment.
