Afterhours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued. The Hotel will charge the guest direct a cleaning fee of $220 per week for any bookings longer than 7 nights, the first clean is included in your booking payment.
