Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linens. The linens are professionally cleaned and pressed after each stay. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have a shower, sink, and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - cooktop - dishwasher - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It has also access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 2 car. There are also options for free and paid street parking. COMMON AREA: You will have the access to the building's gym throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas. Gym Noise Reminder: Please do not drop the weights when in use. The noise from weights dropping can be heard and felt throughout the surrounding units. Please be mindful of all residents when using the gym and place your weights on the ground when finished with use to limit noise and disruption.
