We are only ten minutes from the beach and Old Bar village, with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and unique shops. We live on site and take pride in the personal touches of the cottages and grounds. Old Bar is a growing vibrant community. We love it because the beaches are gorgeous, the people are friendly and there's a great community spirit! Old Bar Beach Festival is a yearly highlight - on the October Long Weekend thousands of people flock to the town for the Kombi Fest, Classic Cars, Mega Markets, live music, great food and carnival rides. The Manning Valley is full of natural delights and is largely under explored. There are gorgeous waterfalls, stunning beaches, wetlands, lookouts, bushwalking, mountain bike riding, kite surfing... plenty to keep you busy and active! Or explore the historic towns, local markets with fresh produce and homemade items, sample the wineries or fish on the Manning River.
