La Nest is a modern studio that was built with guest comfort and privacy in mind. Our inspiration in building the studio has come from our stays while holidaying in Australia and overseas. Guests can expect to have 24 hour access to a salt water pool, dedicated guest parking in front of the main gate, Wi-Fi and streaming services included (Netflix/YouTube Premium). Guests can also expect private access to the studio and contactless check in/out. Smoking is not allowed in the studio however you can do so away from the studio in the alfresco area, garden area or poolside. Please note *We accommodate guests only. Friends and family of guests are not permitted on the property due to insurance. The studio caters for guests that prefer to eat out and explore or order food for delivery although there is a microwave and barbecue for cooking available and exclusive to the studio. Council regulations prohibit cooking on hot plates (a stove) in the studio so the barbecue in the alfresco area is the next best option if you wish. There are no pot and pans however you will find almost everything else. We are happy to resolve any issues anytime for you. The studio is ideal for couples, professionals and university students on work placements. You can contact us anytime while staying with us. Due to the number of accidents and mishaps in the past children are no longer allowed on the property.

We enjoy hosting guests looking at getting away from their daily grinds and taking in the sights. We are available for guests 24 hours. We are here to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We are happy to be social and also respect your privacy. Please feel relaxed when you get here. If you get stuck at any stage .i.e. your car breaks down , you can always contact us for help.

This property is close to the lakes and 10 Minutes to the beautiful, quiet and clean Hargreaves Beach, a brisk 3 min walk to the local waterfront club for lunch/dinner called Wallarah Bay Recreation Centre, 20 Minutes to Westfield Shopping., 5 Min to Lake-haven shopping center. The Hunter Valley wineries are only 30 min away. 45 min to Hornsby and 40 min to Newcastle. Pelican feeding at the Entrance is only 20 min away where you can find some classic waterfront restaurants. You also have the option for local canoe/kayak hire, horse riding and a number of interesting hidden away parks to choose from. Feel free to ask us. This accommodation is perfect for out of area Hospital staff working temporarily at Wyong Private or Public Hospitals (only 5 min away). Please note * we do not have a stove. There is a microwave and barbecue available and exclusive to guest to use in the alfresco area. We do not have pots and pans.
