Stay close to the North Hobart strip which includes restaurants/bars/takeaway outlets and the state cinema, or a short drive to Hobart CBD, and Salamanca in a peaceful neighbourhood. You can get your groceries at the well-known hill street grocer in a few minutes' walk, or dine at Smolt kitchen a local favourite. Take a Short drive to MONA a must see experience whilst visiting TAS. Free Wi-Fi available, streaming services available are Netflix, Stan and Kayo. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues as I have a stepped pathway leading to the front door and the house has 3 levels. The are certain times which guests are permitted on the balcony. Sunday to Thursday guests are allowed on balcony between 8am and 9pm. Friday and Saturday is 8am till 10pm. There is one noise sensor at this property and it is located in the kitchen.
I love everything about travelling, i have been to many countries and plan on going to many more, as a host I love to help others enjoy their holidays and make them feel comfortable in my home. I'm available at anytime if u need help, if not I will leave you to enjoy the home and all things it has to offer.
West Hobart is one of the most popular suburbs in Hobart. Hill street grocer is located 500m from the property another 200m away you will find Smolt Kitchen, Adams Store, a butcher, chemist and doctors, another 500m away is Lansdowne Café and Paesano a pizza and pasta restaurant. The property is centrally located 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to north hobart restaurants, shops and state cinema 25-35 minute walk or 7 minute drive to the city 35-45 minute walk or 9 minutes drive to salamanca markets, restaurants and bars
