Beyond the kitchen, a bathroom with a picture window frames sweeping views. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire barn — indoor spaces, cozy fireplace, outdoor deck, & firepit area. Flexible sleeping: 3 king bedrooms + loft lounge with pull-out sofas & privacy curtain. Your hosts, Britney & Michael, along with their adventurous 3-year-old daughter, have been living & hosting in Montville for 4 years, starting with their first beloved Airbnb, Ananda Eco House. As a young family, they’re passionate about creating warm, nature-connected spaces where guests can slow down & reconnect. After hundreds of glowing reviews at Ananda, they proudly took on their next project: Linden Rose Barn, full of character & potential. This barn is their second hosting project & a true labour of love. Britney & Michael are dedicated to making Linden Rose Barn unforgettable — whether it’s a peaceful retreat, a gathering place for milestones, or a canvas for creativity & connection. They live nearby and you might see them as they sometimes stay in the adjacent (private) converted art studio near the barn, or at their other property down the road. They are available if needed but always respect your privacy. Always just a message away, they’re happy to offer local tips, answer questions, or leave you in peace to enjoy. Their ethos is rooted in sustainability — from refillable cleaning products, composting & rainwater harvesting, to upcycled décor & supporting local artisans. Guests are encouraged to join this mission by recycling & embracing eco-living during their stay. They also offer flexible bedding setups (we can split two of the king beds into 2 x singles upon request for an extra fee), a porta-cot for infants (free of charge), and are pet-friendly with approval only (with prior notice & small fee). Quiet hours are from 10pm–7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
