The units face north and have a large pool and entertainment area - the views are the best at Point Lookout and it is possible to watch the migration of Humpback Whales (June to November) from each unit. Features: This three bedroom, three bathroom(upstairs queen, downstairs ensuited 2 singles, downstairs ensuited king overlooking the lower deck) unit, has decks on two levels, vergola roofed decks which can be opened or closed depending on the weather, dishwasher, oven and microwave, 3 colour TV's, DVD, washing machine and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, bbq on deck and undercover parking. Swimming pool and timber entertainment area. Car Parking for this unit is located on the driveway level, then the unit is accessible via stairs towards the pool area. Baby gates included Linen Supplied for all bookings made after 30th July 2018 but beds not made and linen may have to be returned with keys on checkout. No Pets Allowed.
