This Beautiful, Totally self contained private Granny Flat is equiped with Full Kitchen, Air conditioning, Sofa Lounge which folds out to a double bed, Stunning Bedroom with beautiful high quality linen, Fully equiped bathroom with Luxury Amenities, Outdoor Dining with BBQ, 2 Private Yards for furbabys... And fire pit. Luxury Pet friendly accomodation, This Boutique Unit has Netflix, Foxtel, perfect for when you would like a night in. 30mins to Gold Coast and Brisbane 10 mins to Theme Parks, 2 mins to M1 Motorway, walk to Shops and local Pub, etc... Please note, this is not suitable accommodation for babies and small children. I do not have any facilities for them, please contact me if you are having any children on the property. I have made this villa to suit a market for high end Pet friendly accomodation and couples wanting a quiet relaxing stay.... Thank-you.

We are 2 mins from Motorway which takes you to either the Gold Coast, or Brisbane.. We have all theme parks 10 mins away... You can walk to Woolworths, Bakery, Butcher, Hairdressers, Restaurants, and local Pub... 10 mins to Event Cinemas, perfect location for relaxing on acreage, as well as being so close to everything you could possible need... Undercover parking for 1 car.... Buses also in walking distance... Train Station 5 mins away...
