This property is set in a fantastic location with the Mount Coolum Golf Club only a 10 minute walk, Mount Coolum National Park and walking track a 4 minute drive and the Yaroomba-Marcoola Conservation Reserve and beach a 5 minute drive. Here you will find boardwalk just to the east of Mount Coolum with views back over the mountain. Known for its wide sandy shores, it is a favourite spot for beachgoers. During school holidays, the beach is patrolled by lifeguards, making it a safe place for swimming, and also enjoying the stunning ocean views, whale watching and the beautiful nature covered boardwalk alongside which runs as far as Marcoola Surf Club with regular lookouts to the ocean.
