This is a lovely self contained bungalow with all amenities. We have renovated the whole area. The bedroom has a carpet and the rest of the unit has bamboo floor. In the living area there are also rugs on top of the floor. The highlight is our stone bathtub. It is not a spa bath, but it is very deep and keeps the water warmer inside. It was a challenge to bring it in, but I am glad we made it. The bathroom is spacious and we do have natural plants. Next to the bedroom there is a big wardrobe with mirror doors. Then there is a corridor that ends up in the living/kitchenette area. Here you will find a very comfy sofa, a big TV and a fully self contained kitchen with cooking facilities, oven/microwave, fridge. There is also a small table and two chairs. Last but not least the reversible air-con hot and cold that heats the whole living areas in seconds. The outdoor area has a sofa, a coach, a hammock and 4 extra seats. The street is a no through road, very peaceful and with no traffic. Here you can unwind and have all the peace that you deserve.

It is not easy to describe yourself but I must admit I love what I am doing and I am always 100% engaged. My passion has always been traveling and languages. I did travel extensively and I speak and write in 5 languages. I have lived in 3 continents. During the years I developed a fifth sense that guides me in my life. I believe that I have a very good knowledge of persons. My motto is "you never fail till you keep on trying". And I am a follower from Ralph Waldo Emerson: " Life is a journey,not a destination".

Vincentia is a lovely town in Jervis Bay. The location is great as you are in the middle between the town of Huskisson and Hyams Beach and Erowal Bay. Now Vincentia is becoming too very popular as we do have here a new Shopping complex with Woollworth, Aldi and many other shops and cafes and restaurants. There is also the Vincentia Golf Club and there are 3 tennis clubs in the area. If you want to do any water sport activities this area is amazing. So, there are many reason to come to Jervis Bay, also during the mild winter.
