A text will be sent prior to your arrival to confirm your ETA and we look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful home. If by chance you are arriving at a later time, just let us know and we will forward the code to the lock box prior to check in to enable you to get the keys to the house. This means you can be flexible with your arrival time - after all, who wants to start their holiday with time stress. We will contact you again towards the end of your stay to confirm your check-out details. If you have any questions during your stay, we are available at any time to answer them.

The 3 bedrooms are a generous size, the private main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite, large walk-in-robe and access to the outside. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have built ins and share a stylish, modern bathroom. A split system air-conditioning unit is available in the living area with fans in each bedroom. A remote controlled, double garage is available for you to use. There is free Wi-Fi at our property and the TV will give you access to Netflix. The TV sound bar will give you access to Spotify. Come and stay with us and explore this beautiful part of the world. Marie and Freds Byron Bay Villa is in a residential neighbourhood. Everything is within walking distance. A short 10 minute walk to Tallow Beach and an easy, flat 15 minute walk in to town to enjoy restaurants, cafes and shopping. Byron Bays small size makes getting around easy, however the centre of town can get busy during peak times and there is paid parking in town.
