There’s plenty of off-street parking so you can even bring the boat, jet ski or kayaks. The home is accessed via a few steps which lead to a massive balcony with water views, perfect for entertaining family and friends. Upon entering the home, you are greeted by a large lounge complete with water views and massive Smart TV, perfect to keep the crew entertained if you encounter some adverse weather during your stay. A dining room with large formal dining table and a full size kitchen complete with dishwasher will make your stay comfortable. A large master bedroom (with Queen bed) is located at the front of the home, whilst a second bedroom to the rear has a Queen Bed and bunks, perfect for a couple with young children. To the rear of the home is a bunk room, large laundry with both washer and dryer, a family bathroom and separate toilet. The small, enclosed back yard is great place for the smaller children to play and a perfect location to secure your push bikes during your stay. There is an undercover entertaining area and an outside bathroom (with separate toilet), handy for those days when you bring the part of the beach back with you. During the cooler months keep your eyes trained on the ocean to spot the whales that migrate along the coast. A telescope in the dining room will help you get a better view. In the warmer months the estuary comes alive with boats and kayaks out exploring, with the fisherman moving through the estuary searching for that big Flathead or Bream that the area is famous for.
