Our guesthouse is like a hotel where each guest has their own private room. In the room, there's access to a private bathroom with free toiletries, a smart TV, free WiFi, wardrobe and hangers plus heating/cooling. Each room is secure and can only be accessed by the guest with a key. The guesthouse has 12 rooms so if you're a big group, you can book multiple rooms together. What makes us different from a hotel is that we provide amenities that makes it a house. There is a fully equipped kitchen containing a stove top, oven, pots/pans, cooking utensils, cooking appliances and a dishwasher. We also have a dining area and a couple of living rooms for guests to access. There is a dedicated laundry with a washer and dryer that is free to use for guests. We offer free parking on site and self check in for your convenience. The house is a 12 minute drive away from Melbourne airport. It's a convenient place to stay for early/late flights. There is a convenience store/serivce station 100 meters next to the house (Ampol Foodary) where you can buy baked goods, ready meals, sandwiches, wraps, coffee, cold drinks, snacks and everyday essentials. It's open 24/7. It is a 5 minute drive from Broadmeadows shopping center which has everything you need from groceries, restaurants, shopping and entertainment such as cinemas and arcade. The CBD is a 23 minute drive. The train station is less than a 5 minute drive and can take you to the CBD, shopping center and airport.
