Middleton House Maleny
Middleton House Maleny is a beautiful two storey country house set on 1 acre of formal gardens. It is just 10 minutes drive north of Maleny and 25 minutes drive to Montville.
It is the perfect house to have a family get-together, a weekend away with friends or for brides and grooms to get ready for their special day.
Events can be held at the property with prior approval, an event surcharge and subject to the owners terms and conditions.
The house features three master bedrooms all with ensuite
Bedroom 1 - downstairs - 1 queen bed, ensuite with double shower.
Bedroom 2 - upstairs - 1 queen bed, ensuite with claw foot bath & overhead shower.
Bedroom 3 - upstairs - 1 king bed and 2 single beds, ensuite with spa bath & overhead shower
I moved from Paddington, Brisbane when i found this beautiful house was for sale. I love the peace and serenity of country living and living in community of Maleny. Once a month, on the 3rd Saturday, there is a farmers market that sells local produce and where I can meet up with friends for a coffee and take my dogs out for a walk. I love to garden so i love to go to nurseries and i am also a member of the Maleny Garden Club.As the house is on an acre of land gardening is a daily activity.
I like to frequent the many coffee shops in town and on a hot day get an award winning gelato from Colin James Fine Foods.
I take my 2 cavalier King Charles on daily walks.
Witta is a 10 minute drive north west of Maleny. Witta is a quiet country hamlet and has a restaurant and corner store. It is a 9 km drive to Maleny and a 25 minute drive to Montville which are a tourist towns on the southern edge of the Blackall Range with dramatic views across to the Sunshine Coast and to the panoramic Glass House Mountains. The hinterland has attracted sculptors, painters, craftspeople and potters who provide the local galleries with their work The galleries and craft shops are complemented by cafes, coffee lounges and restaurants. The towns is permanently busy on weekends with day-trippers The area is dotted with gracious gardens and small national parks, with dramatic and beautiful waterfalls.
