As you enter the home you’re greeted with a light-filled staircase which divides the first and second storey. Featuring high ceilings, the two-level home is extremely spacious with a living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. On the second floor, branching off from the functional and fully equipped kitchen and dining area is the hallway which leads to two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom is situated at the end of the hallway and features a queen-sized bed, ceiling-fan and wardrobe. Designed with families in mind, the second bedroom is perfect for the kids and consists of two single beds and is positioned next to the main bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The home is located 400m away from the beautiful Moffat Beach (un-patrolled). The closest patrolled beach is Dicky Beach which is a short 5-min drive. The home is located within walking distance of Moffat Beach cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all close by.
